Return & Exchange Policy

At Volt Industrial Equipment, we stand behind the quality of our all-electric construction equipment. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange policy designed to be clear, fair, and easy to follow.

✅ Eligibility

• All customers (business and individual) are eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

• Equipment must be in new condition and show fewer than 40 hours of use.

• Products must show no signs of user abuse and be returned in original or equivalent packaging.

💰 Restocking & Shipping Fees

• A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned equipment.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Exchanges

• If you'd prefer an exchange over a refund, please specify this in your return request.

• Exchanges are subject to the same condition and time-based eligibility criteria as returns.
